I’ve been listening to China Radio International a lot over the past few year and I’ve noticed that their French language service on 11690KHz to Europe has a new interval signal!
I am yet to see this interval signal appear anywhere else nor can I find it online so I am left to believe it must be a new interval signal they are trialling on the French service first!

I’d love to know which one you prefer!
Personally, I prefer this new one, it feels rather mellow rather than alarming like the old one!

Nenad, that is a good take on it! It probably wouldn’t be as hearable just scanning around the bands!
